Shipping
& Returns
We
normally ship orders within 1 day. If we do not have the product in
stock you will be notified. We will not charge your credit card
until your order is ready to ship. You may cancel an order anytime
prior to that point at no charge. If you have been charged and then
you cancel there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card
fees.
Certain items may incur an additional charge, from the carrier, for
oversize or special handling.
We have decided that there is not a good way to offer flat-rate
shipping. The best solution is to charge the actual shipping charge
for each order. This way, the customer can choose which shipping
method works the best for them. That solution does increase our
workload, but we want to be fair. You will be notified of the final
charge to your card, when we ship.
If you would rather approve your final charge first, just let us
know. We will hold your order until you ok the charge. You can let
us know in the Comments section of the order form, if you would
like final charges first. We will allow 24 hours for you to
respond, to approve the charge. If there is no response, the order
will be returned back to stock.
International
We
can ship world wide. International customers should be aware of the
possible long delays for their order to arrive.
Returns
We
do guarantee that our items will not be dead on arrival (DOA). If
you receive a DOA item, please let us know immediately. The best
way to contact us is by email.
We will not allow returns on items that you purchased in error. We
expect our customers to do the proper research before placing their
